Already for several years, Belgium has been the cradle of the show jumping world. On a radius of 150 kilometers no less than four exclusive CSI5* Grand Prix's take place (ed: Niels Bruynseels is the only rider in the world that already won all four). In addition, the Belgian Warmblood horse earned a first place in the World ranking last year. We probably won’t have to explain you: it’s no coincidence that the Woodland's International Sales takes place in Belgium. It is the ideal location to discover, train and develop exceptional horses and that is exactly what Woodland's is trying to do ...

The selection committee consisting of Niels Bruynseels, Stijn Van Campenhout, Nick Van Turnhout and Nick Vrins combines the best of equestrian sports. Their knowledge of breeding and sport ensures that they can offer above average horses, horses that are competitive and made for today's sport! "Thanks to my experience in the top sport, I know what makes a good horse," Niels Bruynseels explains. "I don’t want to claim that all horses in our collection are five star horses, but they all have one thing in common: they are quality horses! We know what we offer: we have horses for both the amateur and the professional rider. And that this formula works is something our references prove every week..."

Niels briefly outlines the figures: from the 2012 collection, both Belcanto Z (Berlin) and Ecuador W (Canturano) compete at the world top, while Herciro van 't Kiezelhof (Cicero Z van Paemel) already jumped World Cups. From the same collection Estefania (Escudo), Haziana (Catoki), Jorgos d'Heyboght (Diarado), Genesis van de Kwachthoeve (Toulon), Elasko Hero (Erco van 't Roosakker), Je t'Aime Flamenco (Flamenco de Semilly), Vesper Lynn DH Z (Va-Vite), Clint Donaldson Z (Clintissimo) and Jaguar (Catoki) all compete at CSI2* level or higher and then we haven’t even talked about Detroit... This Numero Uno son already won several Hunter classes at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Florida!

But it does not stop there... Calypso van de Zuuthoeve (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve) recently won the CSI2* Grand Prix of Valence. At the World Championships in Lanaken three horses from last year's collection participated, of which two even qualified for the final. And we haven’t even mentioned Caipiranja (Taran de la Pomme), Julyssi van Orti (Cicero Z van Paemel), Juventus van de Breepoel (Calvaro Z), Tinkoucha Hero Z (Tinka’s Boy), Cerruti van ter Hulst Z (Cassini I), Jay Jay van de Mottelhoeve (Faldiano), Fafira W (Querly Elvis), Maxx de Nyze Z (Mr. Blue), French Cancan de la Pomme (Carmena Z), Jamaico van de Hazehoeve (Berlin), Kyrelle van het Krekelhof (Ogano Sitte), Kaddaffi van Orti (Diamant de Semilly) and many others...

It is clear: in recent years Niels Bruynseels has consistently been part of the top 20 of the world, and also the rest of the Woodland's selection committee is top of the bill... Nick Vrins became Belgian Champion in 2004 and already developed numerous five star horses, Nick Van Turnhout had a prosperous junior career and is now successful managing director of Agora Group while Stijn Van Camphout already bred several auction toppers and gained worldwide recognition as an organizer with Equestrala and the Winter Equestrian Nights. It is clear: the slogan #ChampionsForChampions was not chosen by chance...
