The list of Woodland’s references is getting more impressive month after month ... They are jumping everywhere in the world and at all levels, so it's about  time to give you an overview of the great performances in April!

We start with Dedicasse du Bois de Buisseret, which was auctioned at Woodland’s in 2014. This daughter of Ugano Sitte is currently ridden by Kathrin Stolmeijer and achieved a fantastic 5th place in the CSIO Young Rider Grand Prix in Opglabbeek. Fafira W also took part in this competition. For this daughter of VDL Groep Zagreb and Theodor Linde there was an 8th place in the 1m40!

Elzas Medico also performed well in April. The Vigino daughter finished 9th under the saddle of Fabrice Galdini during CSI3* Bonheiden. For Funky Blue (VDL Zirocco Blue) and Stanislav Teder there was a 10th place in the 1m40 class at CSI2* Opglabbeek while two days later Leonie Peeters became second in the 1m45 LR class in Opglabbeek with Tinkoucha Hero Z (Tinka’s Boy). In addition, there was a 9th place for Sayre Happy with Ides van de Heikant (Wittinger VDL).

There were also various references at work during the Z-Tour in Lanaken! For Brecht Bille and Q Cortina Z (Quidam de Revel) there was a 5th place in the CSI2* Grand Prix, while Vicky van de Poel and Jay Jay van de Mottelhoeve (Faldiano) achieved a 9th place in the 1m45 LR class. Dries Goossens and Jezebel van de Veldhoek (Warrant) chose the CSIU25 classes in Lanaken and became third in the 1m40.
One week later, both Caroline Poels and Julyssi van Orti (Cicero Z) and Omer Karaevli and Livingstone van het Peggershof (Ogano Sitte) participated in Lanaken with the necessary success: they both finished in 8th place in the CSI3* 1m45 class! Furthermore, Maxx de Nyze Z (Mr. Blue) and Lander de Bruyn also showed their qualities in the CSI3* classes: they stayed clear for three days in the 1m30 and 1m35 classes respectively. In addition there was a victory for Julie De Pelsmaeker and Never Alone van 't Heike in the class for 6-year-old horses!

The Brazilian Yuri Mansur and Lou Lou VLS (Elvis Ter Putte) also stringed one good result to the other in April. They started their month in Opglabbeek with a fifth place in the CSI2* and followed up with a victory in the 1m40 class at CSI4* Hagen. On top, the duo gained an 8th place in their first 1m50 class!

Over to the Netherlands where both Giruso H (Indoctro) and Patrick Lemmen and Never Alone van ‘t Heike (Indoctro) and Julie De Pelsmaeker defended our Woodland’s references. For Lemmen and Giruso there was a 9th place in the 1m40 during CSI2* Kronenberg, while De Pelsmaeker and Never Alone became 5th and 8th in the classes for 6-year-old horses. Shannon Meinert Ketterle and Nippon vd Elzenakker (Elvis Ter Putte) defended our references in Oliva. Nippon and Ketterle achieved two times a 1st place but also a 2nd, 4th and 6th place in the classes for 6-year-old horses in barely two weeks!

Finally, there was also some important national success for our references... Niels Bruynseels and Kadaffi van Orti (Diamant de Semilly) won the 1m45 Gold League Grand Prix in Sint-Katelijne-Waver while Vicky van de Poel and Jay Jay van de Mottelhoeve (Faldiano) followed up with a second place!
