January was already very successful for the Woodland's references, but February certainly was fantastic as well. No less than 13 references jumped into the spotlight all over the world!

Below you will find an overview ..

Julyssi van Orti ensured top performances at five and two-star level. This daughter of Cicero Z van Paemel was sold to Pieter Devos in 2015 and keeps on confirming week after week! In the beginning of February, the duo already achieved a 6th and a 7th place during the CSI5* -W of Bordeaux. Two weeks later they participated at the CSI2* of Ghent, where they gained a second place in the 1m45 Grand Prix. The only combination that managed to beat their time in the jump-off was none other than Harrie Smolders, with the best horse of the WBFSH ranking: Zinius.
But Julyssi van Orti was not the only reference that jumped outstanding in Ghent. Vicky van de Poel and Jay Jay van de Mottelhoeve (Faldiano) also performed very well. The pair became 6th in the 1m45 LR-class on Saturday!

A week before CSI2* Gent, during the CSI2* Grand Prix of Lier, a Woodland's reference already finished in second place during the Grand Prix. This time this honor was for Woodland's ambassador Niels Bruynseels with Kadaffi van Orti (Diamant de Semilly). But Kadaffi van Orti was obviously not the only horse that performed well in Lier. Lander De Bruyn and Lente van 't Nief Geel (Chopin van' t Moleneind) also performed excellent in the 1m40 classes. The pair took home a 6th and an 8th place, while they also obtained a 6th and 8th place one week earlier during CSI2* Lier.

But also just across the border, in the Netherlands, there was a Woodland's reference that entered the top 10! Yuri Mansur and Lou Lou VLS (Elvis Ter Putte) achieved a 9th place during CSI Kronenberg.

Leonie Peeters and Tinkoucha Hero (Tinka's Boy) traveled a little further. This duo appeared at the start in Treffen where they scored a fifth place during CSI2* Villach.

The Spanish and Portuguese tours also run at full speed in February and also here the Woodland's references stand out. In Carmona, during CSI2 * Sevilla, for example, Olivia de Rothschild won several prizes with Vesper Lynn DH Z (Va Vite). The duo achieved a second, fourth, fifth and ninth place. In Oliva it was Deane Rogan who jumped to good results with Libido van 't Hofken (Nabab de Reve). They effortlessly achieved a fifth, seventh and tenth place in one week. Theodor Linde and Fafira W (VDL Groep Zagreb) also chose the Spanish sun. For them there was an 8th place during the first week. In Vilamoura there was another 8th place for Luis Ferreira and Cerruti van ter Hulst Z (Cassini I).

Then all we have to do is cross the Atlantic Ocean to America, because also here the good results were more than numerous! For example, Dubai-K van 't Kattenheye (Diarado) and Jimmy Torano became Hunter Champions in the class 3'6 Young Hunters. Via this performance, Dubai also qualified for the $ 100,000 WCHR Hunter Spectacular in which he was the youngest horse at the age of 6! But also the show jumpers did well at WEF! Conor Swail, for example, achieved numerous placings at CSI5* level with Koss van Heiste (Breemersen Adorado). Besides a fifth and sixth place in the 1m45 class, they also obtained a sixth place in the 1m50 class. Roberto Teran Tafur and Kastaro van het Eelshof (Diarado) also did well during WEF: they gained a 10th place in the 1m40 class. One week later they took part in the CSIO5* of Wellington. Here the pair obtained another 2nd and a 10th place at 1m40 level!

You see, month after month the list of Woodland's references becomes more impressive ... We are already curious about what March has to offer!
