Belgian scope combined with great technique!
ABOUT THE TALENT
Akyro van Kattenheye is an impressive, big-framed gelding who combines Grand Prix scope with excellent balance and technique. Powerful off the ground, he shows beautiful knee action and an ease over the fence that reflects the confidence he radiates and his distinct ‘I can do’ mentality. At the heart of his pedigree is the celebrated Klapscheut dynasty: his dam is a sister to 1.55m performer Obi van Klapscheut and Marcus Ehning’s rising star Byblosh-K van Kattenheye Z, while his granddam Farah van Klapscheut competed at 1.60m. With this combination of ability, mentality and performance blood, Akyro has all the makings of a genuine Grand Prix prospect.
