7. DOMINA-K VAN KATTENHEYE Z

ABOUT THE TALENT

Her sire, Dominator 2000 Z, showed his power and extraordinary showjumping qualities in top-level showjumping for years. With Christian Ahlmann in the saddle, he won the 5* Grands Prix of Stockholm, Hamburg and Doha. He also puts his mark in breeding. He has more than 70 approved sons and belongs to the top 100 in the WBFSH sire ranking, thanks to, among others, Dictator d’Aubry, Dowan VD Vosberg Z, Detective Vive Z, Querido VG and Danny Boy 111 Z.

Through her dam, La Toya de la Pomme, Domina-K belongs to the coveted lineage of Qerly Chin (BWP damline 34). La Toya’s dam, Hermione de la Pomme, performed at international 1m45 level and produced the approved stallions Tres Bien Z (with whom Laura Kraut excels at 5* 1m60 level) and Hotspot (who won the 5* 1m60 GP in Thermal this year, under the saddle of Mathijs van Asten). Through her dam Sauterelle de la Pomme (who jumped at 5* level), Hermione is a full sister to Naturelle VH Legitahof (in 2021 team gold and individual 2^nd at the European Championship for Juniors and in 2022 team gold at the European Championship for Young Riders) and a half-sister to performers, such as Vagabond de la Pomme, Ceasar de la Pomme and Vigoureuse de la Pomme. Sauterelle in turn is a daughter of the legendary 5* GP dam Narcotique de Muze II.
