ABOUT THE TALENT

This six-year-old Smeagle van ‘t Eigenlo merges the powerful push of his sire, top level performer Echo van ‘t Spieveld, with the unlimited scope of his dam’s sire Vigo d’Arsouilles. His ability to combine his outstanding jumping talents with fantastic rideability and balance ensures that Smeagle van ‘t Eigenlo can follow in the footsteps of his top-level performing family members. His dam, Oilily van 't Eigenlo, sets a strong example in international 1.55m classes with Paul O'Shea and she is the full sister to the stallion Minute Man/O'Neill van ‘t Eigenlo, with whom Willem Greve made a promising debut at 1.60m level in CSIO5* Aachen last summer. This talented gelding is ideally suited for the American market but will also continue to thrive in Europe.
